During my two semesters with Auxstudents, first as a team member and later as the leader of an assigned group, we organized our workflow with a structured three-week planning cycle, allowing us to assign team members and define content topics well in advance. We aligned our themes with seasonal trends to maximize relevance and short-term engagement. To ensure a consistent visual identity, we used a shared Canva workspace to design standardized reel covers following our CI. Additionally, we maintained a private pre-posting account to gather early feedback from other teams and optimize content before publication.

To further boost engagement, we designed interactive intro stories that activated our existing follower base and encouraged interaction on posting days.

  • Edited and co-starred in 10+ short-form video reels over the span of two semesters

  • Achieved an average of ~5K views per reel within 4 months of publication with a peak performance of ~6.5K views

  • Consistently attracted a balanced audience, with ~50% of views coming from non-followers, indicating strong reach beyond the existing ~5,000-follower base

  • Led team members to consistently publish 3–4 reels per rotation week, taking responsibility for planning and coordination during assigned periods
